Social Media Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies.
  • Manage and oversee all social media channels and accounts.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve company KPIs, including promotion, lead generation, and brand building.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all digital deliverables, collaborating with in-house designers on visuals.
  • Execute marketing activities such as communications, concept development, and copywriting.
  • Analyze performance data from digital channels to provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage direct messages, respond to comments, and consider giving shoutouts to engaged users.
  • Collaborating with the broader marketing team to convey important messages and provide assistance with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Crafting compelling written content with impeccable grammar and spelling to captivate the audience’s attention.
  • Remaining informed about social media advancements, including legal updates, emerging platforms, and new features.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of social media management experience, with a focus on platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services and Fintech industry is essential.
  • Collaborative team player with innovation, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Through understanding of current digital marketing trends and regional best practices
  • Capable of working efficiently under pressure and independently managing projects.
